Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and drive sales in our retail stores. As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you will shape the in-store experience with your product knowledge and customer service skills.

Sales Consultant

Employees earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up rate during the first 60 days of employment are provided. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period, with a minimum of 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours thereafter, and are entitled to minimum state‑required paid sick leave when applicable.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods, including November through December.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense and will also involve various online and computer‑based training throughout employment.
