Job summary

RNR Tire Express is seeking a Sales Representative to engage customers, answer questions, and sell tires and wheels while ensuring attractive product displays. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first mindset.

You will handle payments, meet sales goals, and contribute to forecasted revenue. Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related roles is highly beneficial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Clear and concise communication skills required.
• Experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the store.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and tire/wheel packages.
• Help customers locate in-stock wheel and/or tire options.
• Prepare quote sheets for customers and explain options.
• Inform customers about payment plans, warranties, and SAC details.
• Process warranty claims and follow up with customers.
• Make calls to generate new or repeat business and train staff.
