Responsibilities
  • Engage with executive and senior-level decision-makers (often just below or at C-level)
  • Lead discovery sessions to uncover operational pain points and opportunities
  • Translate business needs into tailored advisory and technology solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, not a product pusher, focused on outcomes like increased revenue, efficiency, and automation
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of relationships (ideally within the Atlanta market)
  • Collaborate with technical SMEs and delivery teams to scope and shape solutions
  • Help shape the future of our go-to-market strategy and eventually grow the sales function
Requirements
  • A business-first thinker with deep empathy for client pain points
  • Proven experience in consultative sales or client-facing advisory work
  • Background in banking, credit unions, or fintech is strongly preferred (e.g., Jack Henry, FIS, Fiserv, or similar platforms)
  • Understand P&Ls, balance sheets, and operational KPIs
  • Held sales roles in environments where building relationships mattered more than blasting out cold calls
  • Have an active or recent book of business, preferably in the Atlanta region
  • Strong communication and discovery skills
  • Experience with organizations <$10B in revenue, especially financial institutions, light MFG/distribution, or public sector (higher ed a plus)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, excited by growth, ambiguity, and building from the ground up
