Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Visalia, CA is seeking a Part-time Sales Consultant to connect technology to life through exceptional service. You will drive in-store experiences, achieve sales goals, and help guests find the right solutions with a friendly, energetic approach.

The role offers paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions. Applicants should be able to work evenings, weekends, and the holiday season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, Nov–Dec, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time.

What We're Looking For...

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
