Victra is a Verizon retailer seeking part-time Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service and connect guests to what matters most. You will execute our sales process, share product knowledge, and create an exceptional in-store experience while earning uncapped commission.

You will join a knowledgeable team, support merchandising and operations, and have opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced retail environment. Base hourly pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time.

What we're looking for…

• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
