You will join a high-energy team with pre-qualified leads and no cold calling. Excellent earning potential exists with uncapped commissions and a first-year incentive of $10,000, plus solid benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales or marketing experience is preferred but not required.
• Outgoing and a strong communicator.
• Comfortable with digital tools.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• GED or better; High School Diploma or better are acceptable educational foundations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver presentations and conduct property tours (approx. 80%).
• Participate in morning meetings, training, and professional development (approx. 20%).
• Use tablets and digital tools as part of daily workflow.
