Job summary

Holman‑family automotive group, including Leith Lincoln in Raleigh, is seeking a driven Automotive Sales Consultant. You will guide customers through vehicle selections, demonstrations, and financing options while building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with Sales Managers and the F&I team to close deals, using CRM tools to track opportunities and meet sales goals in a customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.

Job Duties:
