Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Willingness to commute to our Schaumburg office.
• Previous leadership, management, sales, or recruiting experience is a plus.
