Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs as a customer.
• Make recommendations for products and services to help clients meet goals.
• Maintain and strive to meet minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by assisting with cleaning beds while welcoming new clients.
• Help keep salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team in a fast-paced salon environment while upholding company policies.
