Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMatch system. With over 520 stores nationwide and growing, you will sell premium bedding and provide exceptional service.

Expect a retail schedule including evenings and weekends, and opportunities for growth through our training program, comprehensive benefits, and PTO. You will work with tablets, POS devices, and our exclusive selling process.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading mattresses.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Assist customers with selecting products to improve sleep and satisfaction.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience and educate customers on sleep solutions.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
