Job summary

Holman Automotive Group is seeking an Audi Sales Consultant for Audi of Cary. The role focuses on building client relationships, presenting Audi models, and guiding customers through the purchase with collaboration from finance teams. You will stay current on model lineups and market trends to deliver a superior buying experience.

The ideal candidate has premium sales exposure, excellent communication, and a strong service mindset. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required.

We are seeking a driven Audi Sales Consultant to join our team at Audi of Cary, part of the Holman Automotive Group.

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate and explain the features, performance, and benefits of Audi vehicles in our showroom and on the road as well.
• Stay up to date on the latest Audi models, technology, and market trends.
• Assist customers in every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
• Work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize the sale, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing process.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for the sale and registration of the vehicle.
• Make arrangements for vehicle delivery and coordinate registration to ensure a smooth handoff to the customer.
• Attend and complete manufacturer and company training programs to maintain product expertise and adhere to brand and Holman standards.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.

What We're Looking for:

• High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is highly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Must also be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages with accuracy.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
