Swickard Auto Group in Anchorage and Mat-Su Valley is seeking dynamic Sales Consultants with a hospitality-first mindset. No automotive experience is required; we hire for attitude and train the brand knowledge.

You will engage guests, present vehicles, and build lasting relationships while working across multiple brands in a high-energy, guest-centric environment. This position offers a strong earnings potential with guaranteed training, benefits, and a clear career path into finance,

Qualifications

• Relationship-first sales background or hospitality/guest-facing experience is welcome.
• No automotive experience required – we hire for mindset and hospitality instinct.

• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication, or quick to learn them.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and curiosity, uncovering needs before presenting solutions.

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and curiosity -- understanding what they need before presenting what we have
• Guide guests through the lineup with growing product knowledge -- connecting the brand’s story to what matters most to each individual buyer
• Present vehicles and conduct test drives that create a real, memorable experience
• Build and maintain a guest pipeline through consistent, disciplined follow-up and CRM use
• Collaborate with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase experience
• Meet monthly targets while maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• No automotive experience required -- sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or any consultative guest-facing background welcome
• Relationship-first approach -- you listen before you present and earn trust before you ask for the sale
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to grow your earnings and your career
• Clear, honest communicator who follows through on every commitment
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication -- or quick to learn them
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
