Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is hiring In-Home Design Consultants in Windsor, CT. You will conduct in-home presentations, identify customer needs, and close sales using a proven presentation. Training is provided with uncapped commissions and a path to six-figure earnings.

The role offers warm leads, pre-set appointments, and opportunities for leadership. Expect a fast-paced sales environment with comprehensive benefits and ongoing coaching.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
