Job summary

Workout Anytime Venice seeks a Sales Consultant to drive memberships and member engagement. You will help prospective members understand fitness options, book appointments, and promote personal training while supporting daily club operations.

You will report to the Sales Manager and contribute to a team that values belonging, growth, and a high-energy service culture in a 24/7 fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Previous gym experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the ambassador and promoter of Workout Anytime and its services.
• Greet and check in members; answer phones in a courteous manner.
• Set up new memberships and explain options to guests.
• Sell personal training and conduct tours to drive sign-ups.
• Assist with club maintenance and daily operations.
• Follow up on incoming leads from web, renewals, and canceled lists.

We're looking for people who are interested in a Sales Consultant role. Think of yourself as bridging the gap between all the people that want to get healthier but aren't sure how or where to start. In this position, this superstar will help us find people, set appointments to get them into our club, work with them to help them get on a membership that fits their needs, helps them understand how personal training plans can help them.

Our new Rockstar Sales Consultants will be in charge of managing a balance between the generation of their new leads and following up on their existing leads from a variety of sources to get these folks in here and get them healthy, happy, and members for life!

Pay

Hourly rate, Commission, and Bonus is available.

Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• To become the greatest ambassador & promoter or Workout Anytime; our brand, our clubs, our services
• Greeting and checking in all members
• Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Setting up new memberships
• Selling personal training
• Conducting guest tours
• Assisting with the club’s daily maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Create relationships inside and outside the gym
• To participate in or manage marketing events
• Follow up on your portioned incoming leads from web, renewal, and canceled lists

Qualifications

• Desired candidates will have some experience in the fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative, interactive gym setting.
• A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work weekends. Previous gym experience also preferred.
