Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our Allentown district team in Royersford, PA. You will confidently sell premium mattress products using our bedMATCH diagnostic system, guiding customers with personalized recommendations for better sleep.

We offer a robust compensation package, including the greater of hourly wage or commission, bonuses, a strong 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH diagnostic system and a proven selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Use tablets and POS to assist customers and process transactions.
• Help customers select the right products and ensure a positive experience.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
