Job summary

Scan Design of Florida Inc is seeking a Sales Consultant for our Naples showroom who thrives on hitting sales targets while delivering stylish, tailored spaces.

You will engage clients in-store and at-home, develop detailed floor plans, and curate accessories to create cohesive interiors. The role emphasizes premium service, weekend availability, and collaboration with design and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to visualize and communicate sophisticated interior layouts.
• Proven track record in high-end sales with client relationships.
• Experience in Interior Design, Home Staging, or Luxury Retail preferred.
• Proficiency with floor planning tools such as AutoCAD or similar.
• Team player with strong communication with warehouse and office.

Responsibilities

• Sales Consultation: Engage with clients in-store and in-home to identify their lifestyle needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget requirements.
• Space Planning: Develop comprehensive floor plans and layouts that demonstrate how Scan Design pieces transform a client's environment.
• Curated Styling: Select accessories, finishes, lighting, and rugs to create a cohesive, elevated interior.
• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the client journey from initial introduction through procurement to white-glove installation.
• Showroom Excellence: Assist in visual merchandising to keep the showroom as a premier design destination.

The Most Successful Consultants Know That Peak Earning Happens When The Clients Are Shopping. To Be Considered, Candidates Must Be Available For

• Weekend Excellence: Regular Saturday and Sunday shifts

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• Spatial Literacy & Vision: Demonstrated ability to visualize, conceptualize, and communicate sophisticated interior layouts and multi-functional space solutions.
• Consultative Sales Excellence: A proven track record in high-end sales with the ability to build long-term client rapport through trust, technical expertise, and a value-driven approach.
• Industry Expertise: Prior experience in Interior Design, Home Staging, or Luxury Retail is highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Professional familiarity with Floor Planner, AutoCAD, or emerging AI-assisted design tools to produce accurate and compelling visual proposals.
• Committed to the Team: A proactive collaborator who takes pride in the success of the entire showroom. You understand that clear communication with the warehouse and office teams is essential to a successful delivery.
