Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Maysville, KY is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find their perfect mattress using our bedMATCH system. You’ll join a family-owned, growing retailer with a strong focus on service, training, and career growth.

Expect evenings, most holidays and weekends, with 40–55 hours per week. You’ll lift up to 75 lbs, operate tablets and POS, and deliver a relaxed, education-based shopping experience that meets customers’ sleep needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and upselling skills.
• Ability to explain features and benefits of mattresses clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to select mattresses using bedMatch system.
• Process sales and payments using POS systems.
• Help load purchases into customers' vehicles and unload showroom floor.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience.
• Maintain showroom appearance and assist with showroom resets.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
