Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Mashpee, MA is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find their perfect mattress using our bedMATCH system.

With a 4- to 5-day retail schedule including evenings and weekends, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. You will deliver a relaxed, educational shopping experience, demonstrate tablets and POS, and join a team that values growth and training, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading mattress purchases.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Experience using tablets, mobile POS and the bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses and bedding using our proven selling process and bedMatch.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their sleep needs.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom and assist with merchandising.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
