Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing team. With over 520 store locations, we offer a generous compensation package including hourly wage or commission, bonuses, and a strong 401(k) with generous employer match.

You’ll help customers find the perfect mattress using bedMATCH, while delivering an educational, low-pressure shopping experience. Successful candidates will work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends,

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, most holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH system and consult customers to find the best fit.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Operate tablets and POS devices to complete sales.
• Maintain showroom and assist with stocking and showroom resets.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
