Job summary

Patio Enclosures in Knoxville is seeking In-Home Design Consultants to drive direct sales with warm leads and elite training. Expect an $800/week training period and uncapped commissions, with top reps earning $150K+.

You'll conduct in-home presentations, identify customer needs, and close sales while traveling to client homes and collaborating with a high-performance sales team. No cold calling, just proven leads and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or field sales preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations to educate customers and build trust.
• Identify customer needs and present solutions from Patio Enclosures.
• Negotiate and close the sale with homeowners.
