Mattress Warehouse is seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the right sleep solutions using our exclusive bedMATCH system. You will guide customers through an educational, low-pressure shopping experience and demonstrate products with enthusiasm.

The role includes evenings, holidays, weekends, and a generous compensation package with hourly pay or commissions, plus bonuses and a 401(k) with employer match. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

• You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our proven selling process and bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Comfortable with a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using the bedMATCH system and our proven selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience to customers.
• Assist customers in loading purchases onto their vehicles when needed.
• Utilize tablets and mobile POS to complete sales and showcase product features.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
