Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Glendale, AZ seeks a Sales Consultant to deliver a premium showroom experience and close high-value furniture sales. You will guide clients through luxury spaces, learn product details, and earn uncapped commissions with a guaranteed base during training.

Requirements include a High School diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and a professional, detail-oriented mindset. Prior retail or luxury sales experience is a major plus; training and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers appropriately and professionally by providing the highest level of customer service to all current and future customers.
• Drive sales by contributing to store sales goals by selling furniture, accessories, and services offered by La-Z-Boy.
• Complete all sales paperwork and customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Attend and participate in company training, store meeting.
• Assist to train, coach and develop new peers on La‑Z‑Boy product knowledge and selling process/skills to achieve store sales goals.
• Accurately complete order information, collect deposits and fees, keep orderly customer records, and research customer payments and deliveries.
• Follow company procedures and policies. Including policies against harassment, attendance, sales policies and procedures and customer interaction.

Job Summary

The basic function of the Sales Associate is to sell La-Z-Boy products and services. This involves using and developing all selling and customer service skills trained to meet and exceed company goals. All Sales Associates are responsible for achieving store goals and maintaining the trust and loyalty of all of La-Z-Boy’s customers and team members and providing the highest level of customer service.

Compensation: Base + Unlimited Commission

Compensation: $45,864 salary, not eligible for commission during the training period of 2 - 6 weeks

Average Earning Potential After Training: $60,000 - $100,000+

Compensation: $45,864 salary, not eligible for commission during the training period of 2 - 6 weeks Average Annual Post-Training Earnings: $60,000 – $100,000+ Commission: Earn more with UNCAPPED monthly commission ranging from 6% to 7.5% on individual written sales, based on your ability to meet specific individual sales goals (less the monthly draw). The company will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements
