Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking energetic Retail Sales Consultants to drive in-store sales and provide exceptional customer service. You will guide customers with our bedMATCH system and selling process, using tablets and POS tools to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualified candidates are willing to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays and weekends, with 40–55 hours weekly. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and the role requires lifting up to 75 pounds.

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH diagnostic system and proven selling process.
• Assist customers to find the right products and provide a low-pressure shopping experience.
• Flatten showroom floor maintenance and restocking as needed.
• Move and load mattress purchases onto customers' vehicles when required.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
