As a Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our premium window and door products. You'll help customers find the right solution for their home through in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations. We set our team up for success with paid training, a ramp-up period, pre-set and pre-qualified leads, ongoing coaching, and a flexible schedule. Top performers also earn an all-expenses-paid company trip each year. At Renewal by Andersen, you'll represent a trusted brand with industry-leading products that homeowners already know and value. You'll focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering solutions that help homeowners improve their homes.

Responsibilities
