Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our Egg Harbor Township team. You will sell premium mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system and provide a relaxed, educational shopping experience for customers.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, assisting with loading purchases, and working a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience with ability to work 40–55 hours weekly including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers loading mattresses.
• Use tablets, mobile POS and the bedMatch system to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using the bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Guide customers through the shopping process with a low-pressure, educational approach.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch .

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
