Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is hiring a Sales Consultant (Patient Education Consultant) in Decatur, GA. You will educate patients about dental implants, guide them through options, and drive decisions with a patient-first approach.

The role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path to high earnings through performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of quota-carrying consultative sales with direct revenue responsibility.
• Experience in a high-ticket, elective, or healthcare environment with $5k+ transaction value preferred.
• Experience with loan origination, interest rates, and financing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the consultation (sales) process from first contact through decision.
• Educate prospective patients on services, procedures, and financing options.
• Follow up with prospective patients to support decision-making.
• Build customized payment plans to meet patient financial needs.
• Generate leads through community engagement, referrals, and outreach.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline with active lead generation.
• Ensure smooth transition from consultation to procedure.
• Collaborate with doctors and managers to optimize patient care and sales.

Salary: $60,000-65,000 plus uncapped performance-based commissions (total target compensation range: $120,000-$140,000)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct follow-up calls with prospective patients to support their decision-making journey
• Build customized payment plans to meet individual patient financial needs
• Proactively generate leads through community engagement, patient referrals, and outreach
• Create and manage a robust sales pipeline through active lead generation
• Ensure a smooth and supportive transition from consultation to procedure
• Collaborate closely with doctors and general managers to optimize patient care and sales performance
• Perform other duties as needed to support the center’s success

Skills And Experience We're Looking For

• 2-5+ years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience with direct revenue responsibility and documented performance metrics
• 2-Experience in a high-ticket, elective, or healthcare environment with $5k+ transaction value highly preferred
• Experience in a high-ticket, elective, or healthcare environment with $5k+ transaction value highly preferred
• Experience with loan origination, interest rates, and financing processes
• Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and earn patient trust
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and experience guiding patients/clients through emotionally sensitive decisions
• Resilient, self-directed, and metrics driven mindset with ownership of personal performance
• Salesforce or CRM proficiency experience preferred
