Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. The role requires selling premium bedding while delivering excellent service in a busy retail environment.

We offer a robust compensation package with benefits, opportunities for growth, and a 4–5 day work week that typically ranges between 40 and 55 hours per week.

Qualifications

• We are seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience in selling premium mattresses is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus (English and Spanish or other languages).
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading purchases.

Responsabilités

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Utilize tablets and mobile POS to assist customers and complete transactions.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Maintain showroom and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
