Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our team in Cincinnati. You will help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system and deliver a high-energy, low-pressure shopping experience today.

We offer robust compensation with hourly wages or commissions, bonuses, and a 401(k) with strong employer matching. Expect a 4-5 day work week, evenings and weekends, plus comprehensive benefits and growing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales Consultants provide exceptional service to customers and drive sales.
• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and handle showroom resets.
• Experience with tablets/POS systems and diagnostic tools.
• Bilingual skills are a plus for serving a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using the bedMatch system to identify the best sleep solution for customers.
• Deliver a relaxed, high-energy, low-pressure shopping experience focusing on customers' needs.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles when needed.
• Participate in training programs and utilize learning resources to develop product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and provide ongoing customer service.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated! You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.

Preferred Qualifications

• We are looking for motivated people with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 4-5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• You will provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
• We use state of the art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success!
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
