Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for engaging with customers on the showroom floor, understanding their vehicle needs, presenting product options, and guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features and benefits, preparing sales quotes, and coordinating with finance and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The Sales Consultant will follow up with prospective and existing customers, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and support dealership sales initiatives and events. This position contributes directly to customer satisfaction and dealership performance through professional, customer-focused interactions.
