Victra is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with Verizon products. You will drive sales, learn Victra's sales process, and create an in-store experience that feels personal and simple.

In this full-time role, you will meet monthly goals, work with peers, and engage guests with product knowledge while supporting merchandising and store operations. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense.
