Job summary

MK Search in Asheville, NC is seeking a friendly Sales Associate who loves fashion and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage with customers, share product knowledge, and help them find items that suit their personal style.

You should be flexible with scheduling, able to lift 10–50 pounds, and thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior retail or design experience is welcome but not required; enthusiasm and teamwork matter most.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a high paced environment.
• Must lift/move materials in the 10 - 50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
• Preferred but not required: customer service or sales experience in a retail, interior design or furniture environment.
