Job summary

Reinstein Ross is seeking a Sales Concierge for our Upper East Side boutique in New York City. This full-time role is the first point of contact for clients exploring our fine jewelry collections and bespoke pieces.

You’ll deliver a personal, knowledgeable client experience, build lasting relationships, and support custom and bridal consultations with our design and workshop teams. Training is provided, and weekend availability is required.

We're looking for a Sales Concierge to join our Upper East Side boutique full-time. You'll be the first point of contact for clients exploring our collections—from signature ring stacks to custom bridal pieces—and play a key role in delivering the personal, knowledgeable experience Reinstein Ross is known for. No fine jewelry background required, although it is a plus; we'll train the right person on our product, our process, and our clients.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients in-store and guide them through our collections, offering personalized recommendations
• Build lasting relationships with clients, including repeat and referral business
• Support custom and bridal consultations, working closely with our design and workshop teams
• Meet individual and store sales goals
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a polished boutique environment
• Process transactions, special orders, and follow up on client requests
• Represent the Reinstein Ross brand with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for connecting with people and delivering great service
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused boutique setting
• Reliability and availability to work a 5-day schedule, including weekends
• Prior retail, hospitality, or luxury sales experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train candidates who bring the right attitude and work ethic
