Job summary

L'attitude is seeking a driven Sales Closer in the Montgomery County area to guide customers through roof inspection options, schedule appointments, and educate homeowners on roofing services. You’ll join a high-energy team focused on real results and long-term careers, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and strong training support.

Ideal candidates are confident, people-oriented, and motivated by goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through roof inspections and repair options.
• Build relationships with customers, set up appointments, and get rewarded for results.
• Work hands-on with a supportive, high-energy team.
• Learn and master a consultative sales process.
• Collaborate with project managers, fellow sales consultants, and installation crews to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Continuously improve sales and customer service skills through weekly coaching sessions.
