Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction Company is seeking ambitious individuals for a Roofing Restoration Specialist role in Texas. This is a door-to-door, in-the-field sales and project management position where you meet homeowners, help with insurance navigation, and restore homes.

No roofing experience is required as a 90-day paid training program is provided. In the field, you will canvass neighborhoods, assess storm damage, educate homeowners, and guide insurance claims from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and driven to win.
• Outgoing and comfortable talking to anyone in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a pickup truck within 60 days.
• Willingness to work outdoors, climb ladders, and knock doors consistently.

Responsibilities
