Job summary

RI Greensboro is seeking an outgoing Retail Brand Ambassador to join our growing team. This role entails representing our clients face-to-face inside local Greensboro retail locations, delivering a positive customer experience, and helping customers choose options that fit their needs.

You will engage customers, introduce products and promotions, ask questions, and support enrollment and sales while working with teammates to meet campaign goals. Prior sales experience helps but is not required.

RI Greensboro is looking for an outgoing, competitive, and customer-focused Retail Brand Ambassador to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and wants to build experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and brand representation.

As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you'll represent our clients face-to-face with customers inside local retail locations throughout the Greensboro area. Your role is to create a positive customer experience, introduce customers to available products and services, answer questions, and help customers select options that fit their needs.

What You'll Do

Compensation

We believe strong performance should be rewarded. Compensation for this position includes:

• Hourly pay or commission-based compensation
• Weekly pay
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Additional earning potential based on individual sales results
