Job description

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty.
2. Provide an exceptional customer experience by making a connection, paying attention to detail, and offering a personalized shopping experience, resulting in customer satisfaction.
3. Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
4. Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets under your control.
5. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and a goal-driven approach
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment

Pay Range: $15.00–$19.04

Employee compensation is influenced by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage laws. You may also be eligible for a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, along with benefits like health care, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts.
