Job summary

Ann Taylor is looking for a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador in our Wayne, NJ store. You will guide customers with personalized styling recommendations, ensure merchandise is well-organized, and maintain a welcoming environment on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with team members to meet daily goals, uphold brand standards, and use technology to provide a seamless omnichannel experience for customers.
