Job summary

LOFT in Willow Grove is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will keep the store organized and inviting, ready to impress shoppers on the sales floor.

You’ll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always‑inviting environment on the sales floor, using product knowledge to style customers and uphold brand
