Job summary

JCPenney in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an amazing shopping experience by sharing fashion knowledge and friendly service. You will connect with customers, promote our culture, and help guests discover products that fit their style.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and physical tasks such as bending and lifting light goods. You will help with opening/closing tasks, restocking, and maintaining a clean, welcoming sales floor.
