Job summary

GNC is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored product recommendations to help them Live Well. You will be the first point of contact in-store, advising, selling, and promoting our brand.

When not serving customers, you will restock, maintain displays, fulfill online orders, and perform cleaning duties while supporting opening and closing tasks. You must be 18+ and able to work varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer needs discovery and tailoring of shopping experience.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain benefits.
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every customer; identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Advise, sell and promote products to deliver a tailored shopping experience.
• Drive store and personal sales and productivity goals.
• Fulfill online orders accurately and timely; restock and maintain visual merchandising.
• Maintain knowledge of nutritional, wellness and fitness products; promote the Live Well message.
• Support store management in opening, closing and store operations including cash handling and deposits.
