Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a friendly Sales Associate for our Soma Buffalo location. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized shopping experience in a team-centered environment.

This role offers flexible hours, a focus on customer service, and opportunities to grow within the brand. You’ll support merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintain an inviting store atmosphere.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You’ll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
