Job summary

CMA's Valley VW in Staunton, VA is seeking a Sales Associate to help customers find the right vehicle, guide them through the sales process, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. No auto experience is required—training is provided and growth opportunities exist within CMA.

You will greet customers, coordinate test drives, explain features clearly, and work with teammates to maintain a welcoming showroom environment while staying up to date on inventory, pricing, and financing options.
