Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retail Sales & Customer Engagement: help customers find the best Xfinity solutions and maximize earnings.
• Sales Responsibilities: present and sell Xfinity products, build value, identify needs, upsell and cross-sell, meet/exceed goals.
• Customer Service Responsibilities: deliver exceptional experiences, resolve concerns, maintain high satisfaction (NPS).
• Team & Store Responsibilities: collaborate with teammates, maintain appearance, participate in training, support promotions.
