Job summary

DSI is hiring energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Bellingham, WA. You will greet customers, learn their needs, and educate them on AT&T wireless options while driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

New hires receive paid training and have the potential to earn $60,000+ annually with performance, plus an employee profit sharing program and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
• Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
