Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate in Norwalk, CT to deliver exceptional customer service and embody our hospitality-driven culture. You will share product knowledge, engage customers, and support daily store operations in a face-to-face setting.

Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll contribute to merchandising, inventory, and a positive team environment, while helping customers understand loyalty programs and store standards.

You’ll bring to the role

• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
