Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a retail sales planner to support brand campaigns and manage events for its prestige brands in Grapevine, TX. You will coordinate department store information, schedule retailer events, and analyze outcomes to optimize campaigns.

You will also run livestreams on retailer platforms, plan DS/SMC collaborations, and oversee promotional activities with a focus on cost-conscious, customer-oriented execution.

Qualifications

• University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines.
• A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization.
• Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
• Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule.
• Well-organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi-tasking.
• Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word

Responsibilities

• Key contact of Retailer, SMC and Retailer.com.
• Brand campaigns roll out and department store notice for product information and programs executions.
• Event management: consolidate event schedule, book retailer's event location, monitor reservation progress, and prepare event analysis reports.
• Conduct livestream programs on Retailer online platforms.
• DS/SMC channel collaborative program planning.
• Advertising exposure arrangement: store mailer, DM ads, banners, campaigns, and outposts.
• Collect retailer promotion DM and competitors DM.
• Check DS expenses deduction.
