General Function

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales goals by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service through personalized interactions, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Comfort with new technology and adaptability to change with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information

Pay Range: $19.90 per hour
