GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through making personal connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences, resulting in customer satisfaction.
  • Participate actively and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and a goal-driven mindset
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
