General Function

Our Sales Associates are essential to Sunglass Hut's success. You will deliver an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve sales targets and company objectives by cultivating new and existing customer relationships to build brand loyalty.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a memorable shopping experience, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adapt to new technology and changes with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, utilizing selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-changing environment

Pay Range: -19.90

Employee compensation depends on various factors, including location, experience, skills, and minimum wage laws. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
