General Function

Our Sales Associates are crucial to Sunglass Hut's success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to customers while helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Consistently meet sales targets and company objectives by building relationships with new and existing customers, fostering brand loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Secure all assets under your control.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Adaptability to new technology with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results, using effective selling skills and goal-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a changing environment

Sunglass Hut is part of Luxottica, a leader in fashion, luxury, and sports eyewear.

Pay Range: $15.50 - $20.77

Additional Information

Employee pay depends on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits may include health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
